When will I receive my order?

It takes us 2 to 3 days to fulfill an order, after which is shipped out. Once is shipped, it takes between 2 to 14 business days, depending on your location.


My order should be here by now, but I still don't have it, what should I do?
Before getting in touch with us, please:
-Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address.
-Ask your local post office if they have your package.
-Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them.
Pro tip: Package theft is on the rise - If you are expecting a home  and you know you won't be home to accept it, use an address where you know you'll be!

If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your neighbor's, get in touch with us at contact@beauzel.com with your order number.

How do I track my order?
You can track your order with a tracking link that you've received via email once your order was shipped.


What's your return policy?
Our return policy lasts 30 days (from the day you've placed the order). Unfortunately, we won't be able to offer you any refund or exchange. It is your own responsibility to pay for your own shipment costs to return the item. The shipping fees are not refundable. For your demand of return to be accepted, your item must be intact and in the same condition that you received it, in its original packaging.

Can I exchange for a different size or ?
At this time, we do not offer exchanges. If you're not sure which size will fit better, check out our sizing charts, we have one for every item listed on our store, in the product description section.
Though rare, it is possible that an item you've ordered was mislabeled. If that is the case, please do let us know at contact@beauzel.com within a week after receiving your order.
Do not forget to include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item and we'll send you a new one or issue a refund.
