SHIPPING and RETURN POLICY

SHIPPING

 

Due to the actual situation that we are all facing against the COVID-19 crisis, we h=might have some delays in the shipment. 

 

All of our orders are shipped under 2 to 3 working days.

 

Here is the list of our estimated delivery times:

USA: 3 to 7 business days

WORLD (International): 2 to 14 business days

 

International shipment might include additional custom fees as the policies can vary from a country to another. All depends on the following different factors that may include: the value, size or weight of the product. Of course, we are not responsible for any of the above fees.

 

Never got my order?

To avoid any odd situation with your packaging delivery, if for example, you won't be at home that day, you can always give your neighbors or your work's address.

If your order never arrived, please do let us know at the following adress contact@beauzel.com and we'll make our best to see what can be done.

 

You want to change your order?

Orders can be edited under the first 24h after you've made them, for that you can contact us as soon as possible at contact@beauzel.com. Otherwise, after that, the realisation of your product would have started and we won't be able to make any changes.

 

RETURNS

 

Our return policy lasts 30 days (from the day you've placed the order). Unfortunately, we won't be able to offer you any refund or exchange. It is your own responsibility to pay for your own shipment costs to return the item. The shipping fees are not refundable. For your demand of return to be accepted, your item must be intact and in the same condition that you received it, in its original packaging.

 

Damage or missing items:

Of course, it is the least thing we want to happen for you. But if any order arrives damaged to you or defective, then please do get in touch with us at contact@beauzel.com with your order number and the picture of the damaged product. We will do our best to fix the problem and send you a new one as soon as possible.

 

A problem with the size?

If you are not convinced or unhappy with the size you've received, please verify that you've order the correct size and that the one you've received, matches with the one you've ordered.
